Always willing to lend a hand, he especially enjoys collaborating with colleagues to solve problems and improve processes. For Félix, there is almost always a solution; sometimes it simply requires taking a step back and looking at the situation from a different perspective.

Outside of work, Félix enjoys discovering new places, taking on new challenges, and continuously developing his skills. An avid golfer, he appreciates both the strategy and precision the sport demands. A passionate traveller at heart, he has set a personal goal of exploring a new destination somewhere in the world each year.
