For Krystina, everything begins with listening. Before discussing strategies or solutions, she takes the time to get to know the people she works with. Understanding what matters most to them, their concerns, dreams, passions, and the goals they care about, is one of the aspects of her work she values most.

Calm, thoughtful, and detail-oriented, Krystina approaches every client relationship with patience and care, allowing people to move forward at their own pace and with confidence. She firmly believes that the best solutions emerge when multiple areas of expertise come together in the client’s best interest. What she enjoys most is accompanying clients over the long term and seeing their plans and aspirations come to life over time.

Driven by a desire to continuously learn and grow, Krystina is currently pursuing her financial planner designation to provide even greater value to independent consultants and their families.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, kayaking, and exploring the outdoors. Curious by nature and passionate about discovering new places, she dreams of visiting Spain and Italy.
