JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Telemarketing Agent, you will work from the comfort of your home, with the flexibility to effectively manage your time to generate appointments with potential clients for our financial services firm.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calling potential clients to schedule appointments with our advisors (more than 100 calls per day).
- Focusing on achieving high goals.
- Optimizing written scripts based on projects.
- Generating call reports.
- Gauging potential clients’ interest in discussing their financial future.
- Participating in various projects and aligning with our team’s vision.
REQUIREMENTS:
To excel in this role, you need to be organized, able to communicate clearly in both French and English, and have experience in cold calling or sales. You should be able to work effectively under pressure, be highly autonomous, and possess a winning mindset.
- Languages spoken and written: Perfectly bilingual – French and English (mandatory).
- Autonomous and persistent.
- Proficient in Office 365.
- Cold calling experience (a plus).
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM (a plus).
